INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 packet Ideal Protein Crispy Cereal, crushed
  • 1 packet Ideal Protein Berry Breakfast Smoothie Mix
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 packet stevia
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Line a mini muffin pan with liners or spray with a nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix Crispy Cereal with baking powder. Add Berry Breakfast Smoothie Mix, egg, and water. Mix carefully until muffin consistency is reached, adding more water if necessary. Do not over mix.
  3. Spoon batter into muffin tins. Sprinkle stevia and cinnamon over top.
  4. Bake approximately 10 minutes until golden brown.
