This simple recipe is delicious.  If you prefer no spice, remove the Ground Cayenne Red Pepper or reduce.  These were made in the Ninja foodie however they could be made in any air fryer.

Ingredients:

  • 2lbs brussel sprouts, end cut off (slice or leave whole)j
  • 1 1/2 Garlic Scape Salt from Garlic Box (or garlic salt of your choice)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice or 1 lemon fresh, squeezed
  • 1 T apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp ground cayenne red pepper
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard

Instructions:

1. Preheat Ninja Foodie on air fryer setting to 390 degrees for 5 minutes.
2. Mix in large Ziploc Bag all ingredients, add brussel sprouts and gentle shake until all brussel sprouts are well covered.
3. Pour coated brussels sprouts into Ninja and close lid. Cook for 15 minutes at 390 degrees and stir/flip every 5 minutes or so.
4. Enjoy!
